Should have experience in RAC Implementation, Migration & Upgrade of Database and Crash Recoveries. Should have experience in Backup & Recovery using RMAN, Troubleshooting production issues & Performance Tuning etc. Knowledge on Flex cluster, Flex ASM and Oracle In-memory database and in-memory column store feature in 12C.
