Dubai - Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned financial institution. Our client is looking to hire a Retail Sales Manager (Retail Banking) to join their team. This role will be responsible for retail sales management, B2B partner retail and online fulfilment propositions covering all retail stores and onsite ATMs in an area typically covering- stores. You will manage and coach your direct reports and front line Sales Consultants to achieve revenue and profitability targets. You will drive sales and customer service alongside managing a standalone P and L, including revenues from retail stores, partner and white label stores, ATMs and all direct retail costs, direct support costs and allocated shared costs.
