Doha, Qatar - Job Objective: Ensure that Company manpower payroll is administered, processed, recorded and disbursed correctly and as per the approved compensation and benefits guidelines. Assist in providing a high quality payroll service ensuring that salaries, allowances, expenses are paid within the regulatory framework. Coordinate employees' insurance, process/allocate insurance related benefits and support employees with their insurance requirements. Key Roles and Responsibilities Process payroll information timely in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with governmental or legal compensation requirements; Prepare payroll returns in line with set timescales, legal requirements and agreed standards; Attend and contribute Payroll related information to service unit monthly team meetings, to enable effective delivery of Payroll related performance targets.
