In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include: Work on strategy, business plan and policies for the Credit Risk division Review and approve credit assessments, maximize the collection of bad credits Ensure compliance of the credit portfolio with the bank's rules and regulations Provide risk advise to the top management, liaise with the counter parties Manage the risk appetite of the company and all internal process The successful candidate will hold the following qualities: 10+ years of experience in a credit risk role within financial services At least 5 years of managerial experience in corporate and retail divisions Finance degree from a well-reputed university, MBA is preferred Previous experience working in Islamic banking is an advantage Fluent English and Arabic speaker If you hold the above att...
