Kuwait City - Manage all aspects of the retails stores operations - Sales, Staff & Stock. Prepare and get agreements on teh feasibility studies and capex for new brands. Buying function: Select from range proposed by the principals (opening order) for new brands as well as maintaining excellent working relationship with the brand principals at all levels. Recruit, train, motivate and develop all new brand personnel on teh brand to meet the initial start up of the business. And to maximise productivity by identifying training needs & requirements, through coaching/management adn sharing knowledge and information. Develop specific customer service standards relevant for the brands and put in systmes to implement those over and above the customer service guidelines for the entire company, in order to improve the brand performance in line with the BP.
