The primary task of the successful candidate will be providing legal support to the Bank's Corporate Finance business in the Middle East and North Africa. The Corporate Finance business consists of Leveraged Finance, M&A, Principal Finance (including Private Equity), Project & Export Finance, Structured Finance, Loan Syndications and Structured Trade Finance. The candidate will also provide legal support to the Bank's Corporate & Institutional Banking business (including Transaction Banking) across Africa and the Middle East (AME), on a general basis.
