Kuwait - Job Description The IT Helpdesk Engineer will be primarily responsible to provide level one IT support for company internal users. Responsibilities - Receive and record technical and/or application support calls from end users on helpdesk tool. - Provide first level investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. - Will communicated with internal and external contacts to resolve the incidence. - Maintain overall ownership of user's issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within reasonable timeframe. - Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls. - Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office2010/13 products, Internet Explorer,Windows7/8, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, NIC's, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and others as assigned. - Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc. - Ability to work in a team environment Skills ...
