The ideal candidate should be able to establish/set up an integrated accounting system to support a strong and robust reporting structure in the company to compliment the information reporting requirements of the various stakeholders. The individual should be an expert capable of managing management reporting function by presenting various meaningful analyses to the restaurant management, reflecting on the business performance. The analysis would also include segment analysis of various restaurant outlets comparison with the targets.
