Doha, Qatar -  Perform office administrative and operational activities for the Manager's Office, including liaising with QF Directorates, Centers, Branch Campuses, other clients, suppliers and contractors, etc. and contribute to enhanced operational efficiency through liaison with stakeholders following best practice models  Serve as a point of contact for information requests concerning the activities of the Manager's Office to ensure proper responses are provided to all internal and external inquiries as per established guidelines  Provide meetings scheduling and facilitation to the Manager's Office in liaison with the concerned parties to ensure meetings are properly planned and to avoid conflicting and overlapping schedules  Prepare written communications such as reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spread-sheet, database, or presentation software to ensure smooth flow of information within the Manager's Office and with external partie...
