Doha, Qatar - Responsible for distributing incoming and outgoing mail, fax, and e-mail; connecting phone calls, welcoming visitors, etc. Responsible for assisting Sales Manager, Accountant, and HR & Administrative Officer in administrative tasks, such as: preparing quotations, documents, and presentations; taking minutes at meetings; printing; copying; scanning; filing, sending e-mail, researching Clients, and updating team schedule. Responsible for coordinating, maintaining documentation between Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Accountant in electronic and hard copy. Responsible for keeping track of samples and maintaining order in sample cabinets. Responsible for keeping sales kits and marketing material ready for Account Executives Responsible for taking high-quality photos of new or unique items prior to delivery Assisting in maintaining office infrastructure.
