Doha, Qatar - Key Responsibilities: ·To manage the Field Service Operations covering Qatar and focus on the development of the service infrastructure with emphasis on increasing service revenues through the maintenance of current customer accounts and the development of new customers business. ·To be the key performance criteria for success being the growth of revenues and increasing utilization/ profitability for the business. · Discuss and negotiate with customer’s ways of meeting their demands for Training and Field Services whilst focusing on long term growth and the development of support contract and associated revenues. ·To promote existing customer services to satisfy the local customer base. ·To work closely with the Service Management Team in developing new Service opportunities. ·To Manage and Supervise the Field Service Supervisory team and Field Engineers in the supported Service areas. ·To motivate, develop and evaluate individual performance.
