Doha, Qatar - About the Role: IKEA is looking for a Store Cash Admin Executive to compliment our current Cash Office team located in Doha. In this finance focused role, you will ensure that all backstage activity including MIS, store administration and accounting is carried out effectively to facilitate the smooth functioning of the store. Other key responsibilities include: Following all financial accounting processes and ensure completion is in line with the Group Accounting Policies; Ensure that all procedures relating to cash handling in the store is followed to minimize the risk of loss to the company; Completion of daily reconciliation reports including cash/credit cards/gift vouchers etc Work closely with the Central Finance Team to carry out all necessary reporting requirements when it comes to month end; and Randomly check the Cash Office's SOPS for audit compliance.
