Qatar - Linum Consult's client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to be involved on a significant highway construction project in Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES Developing strong knowledge of programme controls standards, policies and procedures Developing strong knowledge of Consultant and Contractor contract requirements for reporting and ensuring they are being enforced Coordinating the annual review and updating of the project control reporting processes Ensuring the annual reporting calendar is updated and issued across the programme and to external consultants Preparing presentations for the end Client and Qatari Government Monitoring and controlling contract packaging in liaison with Pre-Contracts, Engineering and Delivery teams Coordinating with Document Control, Human Resources and Programme secretaries, ensuring the key personnel are assigned to their projects accurately Ensuring that the Project Coordinator, Planning Manager, Risk Manager, and Cost Manager produce monthly ...
