Kuwait - Responsibilities Provide safety leadership to construction supervisors and engineers as well as the EPC Contractor employees. To ensure all Company HSE requirements are implemented and adhered to Participate in regular safety walks and toolbox talks for specific area of responsibility Coordinate with Construction Managers and EPC Contractors for interface management Coordinate with site stakeholders to facilitate execution in a designated area and specific scope of work Monitor EPC contractor’s method statements and construction plans, equipment and labour resources to enable efficient progress of the work scope Provide effective and practical construction input to constructability reviews Develop close working relationships with all assigned construction team members and EPC Contractor’s supervisors.
