Kuwait City - Evaluate prospective and current third party fund managers, portfolios and products with in depth due diligence using both quantitative and qualitative techniques in line with market best practice and in alignment with Client's overall investment strategy. Evaluate, assess and structure direct asset backed transactions mostly within the real estate space on behalf of clients. Regularly review and monitor performance of all assigned third party investment products and portfolios. Main responsibilities: Direct Real Estate and Asset Backed Investments Conduct thorough underwriting/assessment of direct real estate and other asset backed transactions ("transactions") in the pipeline.
