Non-disclosed - Kuwait City - Leading bank in Kuwait is looking for a senior Head of Trade Finance to manage a large team of sales/middle office and Operations professionls within their Trade Finance business Reporting into the Group Head of Corporate Banking this is a key senior appointment whereby the successful individual will be responsible for the management of the Trade Finance business (front to back) for the bank at the domestic and group level. The role requires a subject matter expert in Trade Finance (min 15 years experience) in both vanilla and strucutred trade products eg LGs, LC's as well as more complex structured Trade Finance products/solutions and who has carried out leadership roles (team size of min 20 to 50 people) managing Sales, Product and Operations teams within Trade Finance. Strong track record of growing a business for either international and/or regional banks in the GCC as well as overseeing the TF Operations is also required....
