Doha, Qatar - The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. The executive secretary must use a blend of skills and intelligence, good judgment and senior-level experience. He/She will be closely involved with the work of the company's top management team and has frequent contacts with some of the most influential people in the company. 1- Independently Handling correspondence between various departments as well as with the clients. 2- Preparation and maintaining of minutes of departmental & weekly progress meetings. 3- Ability to work independently and professionally. 4- Ability to handle extremely details and highly confidential information. 5- Defined a document filing system to enable rapid access of all company documents. 6- Excellent computer skills. 7- Established and maintained a Centralized System for the control of company correspondence. 8-...
