Qatar - Natural Resources are seeking to recruit on behalf of a major operator an Associate General Counsel (Corporate Governance & Compliance) who will be based in Qatar on a long term residential contract working within the client’s Legal Department. Purpose To handle and manage all the corporate governance and compliance (LCG) functions within the organisation under the direction of the General Counsel and directs the range of activities required to ensure the development, implementation and maintenance of the client’s Corporate Governance and Compliance framework in accordance with the client’s Policies and applicable laws and regulations to the best interest of the client.
