Kuwait City -  To lead all the efforts towards building & improving total rewards system for the Group & subsidiaries.  To analyze & report HR main indicators and support in enhancing HR processes through implementation of HR ERP system  Develop total rewards strategy and objectives based on overall corporate strategy  Develop total rewards policies & procedures and design appropriate compensation systems  Prepare & update manpower plan and organization structure for BIG subsidiaries and ensure effective implementation.  Conducts job evaluation sessions whenever necessary, documents and prepares necessary reports  Develop HR indicators, Reporting & Analysis, monitor and discussion with management and take corrective actions  Support in implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) & ERP solutions  Help in automation of HR processes Skills  Bachelor degree in Human Resources or any related field (Master's degree is an advantage)  7+ years' experience in relevant field, prefe...
