Dubai - Job Responsibilities Responsible for discussing with customers and understand their requirements for Spare Parts and accessories. You should have excellent communication skills, being able to maintain a very cordial and healthy business relationship with the customers and to deliver excellent customer service. You should have good understanding about automotive spare parts business and be familiar with using Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC). A very proactive approach and good convincing skills required for this role to be able to arrange unavailable parts from other locations/source and to convince the customers for the turn-around time. You will also promote accessories and carry out relative selling to generate more revenue.
