Facilities Management Contractor - Qatar - Technical Facilities Manager [Description] Main Accountabilities - Assist the Director, Facilities in the production of the annual business plan for the development of maintenance, repair and replacement of all Building Elements and Building Services systems to agreed standards throughout the Organisation. Duties include: - Based on good practice and relevant published guidelines, review and develop maintenance plans, replacement plans and standard operating procedures for all FM related activities of the Organisation. - Formulate schedules for periodic/ regular inspections of all built assets at Schools to establish that standards are being adhered to and to enable development of ongoing maintenance, repair and replacement plans. - Develop and deliver a suitable series of medium and long term maintenance contracts (that include KPI) to streamline and take advantage of economies of scale in implementing the repair, maintenance and replacement of CLIENT’S systems and elements. - Oversee...
