Al Ahmadi, Kuwait - Overview / Responsibilities Monitor the effectiveness contractors/subcontractors civil work activities (EPC's) Surveillance on contractor's quality controls systems To actively mentor contractors /subcontractors quality team members as required Supervise the implementation of technical integrity verification Responsibilities Review and Comment on EPC/Subcontractors Quality Procedures and ITP's before they are sent to the Lead Quality Engineer for his respected unit for approval. Review of EPC/Sub contractors drawings for correctness and installation data before works are started. Monitor/inspect all civil activities of all EPC's and there Subcontractors works for Soils, Concrete, asphalt, Structural Steel installation from Pre-inspection to completion. Attends laboratories to witness Concrete Compression Tests. Reports directly to Lead Quality Engineer for his respected Unit.
