Acciona & GSSG Facility Services MENA - Qatar - Basic functions include receiving of complaints/ work tickets from users of the client and enter them as maintenance tickets in our system for the operations team to complete. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's Degree - Possess working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, and relational database functionality; - Proficiency in MS Office Suite software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) - Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role; - Previous experience of managing a team; - Possess the ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures; - Good interpersonal skills; - Well-spoken and good written communication skills in English; - Energetic, outgoing and reliable with a 'can-do' attitude; - Holder of valid Qatar Driving License; - Has NOC ABOUT THE COMPANY ACCIONA is one of Spain's principal business groups and a leader in the fields of infrastructure development and management, renewable energy, water and services.
