Kuwait - The Manager-Insurance leads the insurance function with the objective of streamlining the process of patient insurance claims and recovery through effective liaising with insurance companies while maximizing patient satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing the insurance operations and designing, implementing and training staff on insurance protocols. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Oversees administration of medical services to Insurance and Corporate customers of the Hospital. 2. Manages and negotiates contracts with insurance companies to obtain recognition as a service provider. 3. Liaises with insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, reconciliation and other requirements. 4.
