United Arab Emirates - Amec Foster Wheeler are currently have a requirement for a Project Controls Manager to join the business to work with our client, a prestigious energy company. This position will be based in Dubai, however will include frequent trips to Southern Iraq. Essential Job Functions: Implements the planning and cost systems as defined within the departmental procedures. Monitors and reviews schedule and cost performance. Manages budget changes and transfers and facilitates processing of project variances. Produces the project cost and progress reports per Procedure. Assists in the preparation of the weekly progress letter. Supervises the development and maintenance of all forecasts for cost and schedule and forecast for cash flow and profit and loss.
