Dubai - Job Purpose Key link between the Finance department & outlets, ensuring adequate internal controls are in place at outlets and the accuracy of margins reported by them while supporting to control wastages, keeping a track of staff meals & guiding to achieve enhanced margins . Key Position Accountabilities The job holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following: Finance point of contact for outlets & operations for queries related to costing & inventory. Finalising of margins, wastages & staff meals during month-ends. Analysis & reporting of margins on a periodic basis. Costing of new items. Updating recipes in the inventory module. Conducting periodic stock counts at outlets & in the central warehouse. Evaluation of internal controls & playing a crucial role in developing SOPs wherever required.
