Doha, Qatar - About Your Job: In this role you will be a crucial part of the Doha Sales team with your core responsibilities falling in making and confirming reservations; issuing and selling tickets for passengers; resolving all customer queries professionally and in a timely manner either over the phone or in person. Additionally you will be responsible to liaise with all airline personnel to ensure maximum support to passengers and immediate attention to queries relating to clearance and dispute of ADM's, special handling requests and other issues. About You: To be successful in this role you will need minimum of a completed High School education or equivalent.
