Pan Maritime - Qatar - Our Major International Client urgently requires a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: Overview Provides overall direction and management to Project Managers. Monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations; and monitors risks/problems and helps develop options to resolve. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the three assigned project managers who are primarily responsible to monitor scope development, scope management and commercial performance of their respective projects and to meet the project goals and objectives. The Senior PM also assists in planning and defining program goals; and the strategy to ensure they are met. Most importantly the Senior PM represents the client’s interests.
