Doha, Qatar - The candidate will be responsible to establish and promote the Nehmeh Hospitality business - specializing in burritos and tacos (California Tortilla) in GCC countries. Maintain relationship and coordination between company and franchisors. Identify business development opportunities to expand the division in existing and new markets and make franchise aware of opportunity areas. Search for new promising locations. Analyze P&L report and take actions to ensure profitability of business. Supervise and lead marketing activities and ensure marketing calendar is implemented. Provide required support and leadership of franchise market acquisitions. Monitor progress through market visits and key performance measures. Coach and direct to ensure timely, objective assessments, market visits and strategically relevant weekly recaps.
