This is a staff/permanent role.Significant experience in estimating for buildings design and construction projects is mandatory.Main tasks:Prepares and reviews or coordinate the preparation and presentation of estimates from various consultants or request from other department.Responsible for conceptual estimating, cost analysis and estimate coordination and consolidation either from the consultants or undertaking the tasks directly.Provide support for supervising and undertaking the pre-contract effort on projects. You will have to:Establish the conceptual estimates and cost studies for the Development group initial assessment of project.
