Dubai - Project Manager Description POSITION OVERVIEW: Main responsibility includes pursuing, coordination, planning and managing multiple project engagements. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, implement and ensure that assigned detailed engineering design or construction supervision services for projects are delivered and completed within the allocated budgets and schedule. Study and acquire a deep understanding of assigned project(s)’ contract requirements especially in terms of schedule, deliverables and finances. For each assigned engineering design or construction supervision project, craft a Project Management Plan (PMP) that is responsive to the requirements of the respective contract, is in line with Parsons’ existing project management systems in safety, quality and project controls.
