Kuwait - One of China's biggest construction companies have a requirement for a Project Director / Senior Projects Manager to oversee the MEP aspect of a huge university project in Kuwait. The Role - Reporting to Operations Manager, giving regular updates on projects progress. Responsibility for overall MEP across multiple sites. Act as liaison to key stakeholders, as well as implementing effective communication channels between clients and project personnel to ensure smooth operating to cost and timescale. Management of project teams including engineers Present project review meetings to provide regular updates on project performance to executive board. Implementing strict quality protocol, incorporating sound HSEQ. You must come from a strong infrastructure background within building projects - drainage, sewage, roads, car parks and landscapes.
