Kuwait - One of China's biggest construction companies have a requirement for a Project Director / Senior Projects Manager to oversee the infrastructure aspect of a huge university project in Kuwait. The Role - Reporting to Regional Managing Director, giving regular updates on projects progress. Responsibility for overall planning, design, initiation and maintenance across multiple sites. Act as liaison to key stakeholders, as well as implementing effective communication channels between clients and project personnel to ensure smooth operating to cost and timescale. Management of project teams including designers, engineers, surveyors etc. Present project review meetings to provide regular updates on project performance to executive board.
