Kuwait City - (Pre)Commissioning Manger has the following responsibilities; (1) Responsible for carrying out liaison works between site (pre)commissioning team and Company’s operation team, vendors, licensors, and GS E&C’s construction team. (2) General responsible for preparation and execution of pre-commissioning plan and for supervision of commissioning and start-up activities. (3) Organize (pre)commissioning team. (4) Monitor and support engineering design with regard to operability and maintainability of the systems. (5) Evaluate start-up progress and submit appropriate reports. (6) Direct and supervise the operation of plant equipment and systems after construction has released them and until the client accepts the plant for commercial operation. (7) Prepare training program for client operating personnel and perform this program as required. (8) Development and implementation of maintenance best practice.
