Kuwait City - 1. Administer payroll, process necessary deductions, calculate end-of-service benefits and leave entitlements in an accurate and timely manner. 2. Coordinate and manage entire payroll function and assist with month end consolidation and processing support as required. 3. Verify and audit all payrolls, in order to ensure compliance to Kuwait Labor Law. 4. Ensure error free data entries while processing payroll. 5.Liaise with management and answer employee's payroll queries. 6.Update the system continually with respect to any leaves (annual leave, sick leave and maternity leave) granted to employees. 7. Work closely with the Performance and Rewards department to perform the required changes to the payroll entries, if the employee becomes eligible for an increment, bonus or promotion. 8.
