Kuwait - Charterhouse is working with a renowned fashion retail company. Our client is looking to hire a Country Manager to join their team in Kuwait. Reporting to the Head of Retail based in Dubai, you will be responsible for all operations, ensuring the alignment of the regional / area / store teams with the overall business strategy. You be in charge of cost and commercial sales, being responsible for productivity, staffing, shrinkage, rent to sales in stores ratio and developing action plans to mitigate risks using the corporate guidance framework and expertise. You will also be accountable for budgeting, business development and expansion. The successful candidate should hold a Degree in finance, business management or retail management with at least 8 years experience as an Operations Manager / Country Manager.
