Abu Dhabi - Responsible for the dispatching , loading & offloading of cargo at the port. 1. Conducting day to day activities related with Operations. 2. Attending of cargo discharging from vessel. 3. Understanding of cargo's storage level for items and coordinate with port 4. Loading plan per trailer / Making the stowage plan per trailer 5. Ensuring that all trucks are loaded and utilized as per the allocation. 6. Ensuring 100% good communication with all parties (emails level and daily updating reports). 7. Sending the daily report to manager. 8. Receiving & understanding the trailers request. 9. Confirming the request within one hour from the received time. 10. Planning as per the request to insure that truck & drivers are qualified for the job with proper CNIA's, passes etc. 11. Dispatching the trucks with proper latching materials to the loading location either inside the port or outside on time. 12.
