Dukhan, Qatar - Primary Purpose of the Job: Responsible for the cost recoveries of services rendered to Third Parties/Contractors by QP through water supply, electricity supply, Sewage Treatment collection charges and provision of school bus services. Responsible for the processing of cost recoveries for the services rendered, involve in collection of monthly meter readings of electricity and water tariff meters, inputting data into the SAP to generate sales orders, debit notes and invoices. Monitors, tracks and expedite the payment of all Debit Notes and Invoices and issue weekly cost recovery status. Responsible for the receipt of online bills from Ooredoo, for various services rendered to QP (Dukhan), prepare bill summary for submission to Finance department for processing payment to Ooredoo for the services rendered.
