McGregor Boyall - Kuwait City - Our client, a boutique Bank, is seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced Head of Internal Audit. Maintain and update the internal audit procedures according to the regulatory requirements. Plan for and compile internal audit reports and ensure the effectiveness of overall audit framework. Identify discrepancy of operational procedures and make recommendations to ensure the operating effectiveness of internal control systems (continuous monitoring/auditing). Coordinate internal control procedures and the departmental self-assessment. Report to the Audit Committee, including but not limited to attending the Meetings to report noteworthy findings. Any other tasks assigned by the Board of Director(s) for enhancing the internal control and audit framework.
