Dubai - Senior Purchase Officer is primarily responsible for smooth functioning of the purchase department, liaison between the Internal Clients and external vendors, totally responsible for Procurement, ensuring 100% deliverability of materials on time. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Evaluate and cross verify the accuracy of the technical specifications & the cost of the materials in the documents prepared by the Purchasers. Interview Vendors and evaluates their products standards and their capability as suppliers in coordination with engineers. Inspect invoices and troubleshoot with suppliers towards wrong payments, credits, payment terms and duplicate billings. Organise, update and retain product information files and purchase order records.
