Doha, Qatar - About Your Job: You will be responsible for organising and coordinating all office operations and procedures effectively. You will provide administrative support for the smooth functioning of the department on a daily basis and assist in improving the efficiency of various existing work functions, liaise on training nomination/ course requirements and also to ensure smooth co-ordination of all training activities. You will be responsible to answer all queries and maintain a quick response rate. In this role, you will ensure venues, materials, per diems and hotel accommodation are organized and delivered efficiently - especially computer set up, links etc. About You: You should be a team player, with a minimum of 3 years experience in an administration related role.
