Kuwait City - POSITION SUMMARY The Lawyer is responsible for providing reference services involving the company business interest, legal and general information sources to consulting and administrative staff using a variety of databases and research tools. He will researches and prepares cases relating to administrative appeals, examines state government, personnel, and company rules and regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Prepares/review all necessary letters for wide range of local governmental bodies such as Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Social Affairs etc. Examine all tenders documents and contracts submitted to the Company from the partnership, clients, customer, and parties new and/or existing subject to its control.
