Jr. IT Consultant - Salesforce CRM

Primary Responsibility
Collaborate with lead consultant to conduct requirements and solution review workshops
Administer functional implementation / configuration, as required
Co-author (with lead consultant) Detailed Business Requirements and Business Solution Documents
Facilitate Design / Solution Walkthrough's
Provide Guidance during UAT Testing
Be a trusted advisor to the client, understanding the client’s end-to-end business and areas for future growth

Skills and Knowledge Requirements
Committed and accountable team player who works with high integrity
Actively listen to client at different levels of their organization to understand client needs
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills in English
Great analytical skills and problem solving
Transparency with internal and external stakeholders at different levels
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Capacity and willingness to wear several hats (requirements gathering, delivery, training etc.)
Capacity and willingness to work both individually and as a valued member of a team
Salesforce.com Certifications (Administrator and/or Developer), a definite asset
Experience in designing Salesforce or other CRM is an asset
In the absence of direct experience in designing Salesforce implementations, end user experience with Salesforce is an asset
Experience in client-facing position including hands-on experience leading meetings and gathering requirements is an asset
Basic project management skills an asset
