- Sourcing new potential clients and updating CRM
- Regular client correspondence and follow ups with clients and media agencies
- Sending out deadline reminders
- Ad material collection, co-ordination with design team and getting approvals on artworks from clients.
- Helping and co-ordinating with circulation managers to ensure proper targetting for circulation and distribution.
