Qatar - Position Summary Maintains records of materials in inventory and monitors stock movements and inventory processes to ensure smooth functioning of warehouse operations. Duties & Responsibilities Receive damaged shipments, physically verify and report to the inventory department. Report shipment delays to the inventory department. Responsible for verifying all transferred items which are physically checked by storekeepers and report to the inventory department. Responsible for all products received from showrooms to warehouse and verify all documentation processes. Responsible for reporting mishandling of products during loading and unloading. Responsible for document filing systems. Maintain delivery schedules. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. Responsible to report any violation of procedures at the warehouse to the inventory department. Submit daily task sheets to the inventory department.
