Technical Consultant- Workshop Supervisor

Technical Consultant
• Support the technicians for technical issues and repairs the difficult maintenance problems as operation standards guidelines as well as training the employees for updated technical data.
• Participate in Training and evaluating the technical team for technical capabilities or new models launch activity as business or work situations needs.
• Monitor quality performance of vehicles through preparing and analyzing the (IPQS) report and discuss the results with technical team.
• Support technicians for difficult repairs aligned with franchise operation guidelines, and inform the other branches for new or similar problems for further proper action.
• Communicate with manufacture brands for any assistance, problematic technical inquires, and prepare all related reports accordingly.
• Handle all service campaigns, analyze the results & prepare all related reports in coordination with warranty administrator.
Workshop Supervisor
• Supervise workshop operation system reference to ideal standards to gain and retain customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the technicians’ performance (productivity and efficiency), coach and adjust errors in coordination with team leaders and update workshop in-charge
• Review and ensure issuing warranty job cards with team leaders.
• Analyze the Repeat and Rework report and submit it to technical department and set an action plan for repeat works and follow up implementation with team leaders.
• Review all daily reports with job controller by end of every shift and assist workshop in-charge in administrative issues like overtime.etc. .
• Ensure of estimating parts subject to change and coordinate with service advisor to obtain customer approval after making sure of parts availability in spare parts department.
