- Provide customer service as per company standards & promote sale of products.
- Arrange for down payment on pro-forma invoice / quotation for any major repairs works.
- Discuss with customers the potential costs, repair time & obtain prior approval to proceed.
- Finalize invoices with customer & agree next service date.
- Prepare repair orders accurately & prevent errors / delays during service / repairs.
- Perform test drives to determine exact problem & write up repair form.
- Close repair orders on time with proper documentations.
