• Manage the Operations of the assigned brand / department in order to ensure an effective delivery of After Sales services to Customers.
• Manage the day to day operations of the workshop to ensure repair and maintenance of vehicles within an acceptable time frame.
• Conduct meetings with subordinate managers and heads, to discuss business results, deliveries of targets / objectives, trends etc. to develop and maintain team cohesion in the resolution of its issues.
• Coordinate routine meeting with section heads to analyze performance of each section and provide proper actions to improve on their delivery of services / objectives.
• Liaise with Body shop, PDI and other departments within the After Sales Division to obtain collaborative support to the After Sales Team.
• Develop and implement effective strategic business policies that contently improve customers’ satisfaction and the dealership reputation as well.
• Regular analysis of customers’ feedback on After Sales service and take appropriate measures to ensure best customers experience and highest CSI scores.
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction by amicably resolving all concerns/issues may rise on parts and service operations
• Plan and develop business projections for all sections annually and submit the same to the higher management for approval
