Kuwait City - on behalf of our client an Real Estate company is seeking for a property department Manager: Responsible for all property management functions of multi-family, and mixed-use buildings; including residential, commercial and special events. Oversees maintenance and upkeep of the buildings; inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. Manages apartment turnover - Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, and major repairs, for building and apartment renovation work. Handle and ensure timely completion of requests made by tenants for repairs. Assure all tenant information and communications are properly documented on Management Systems. Review Rent Rolls & Delinquency reports, track rent collections and arrears, and submit ledgers to attorneys for non-payments; holdover cases.
