Kuwait City - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Facilitates the day to day operations of the company, supervising support staff, developing and implementing office initiatives and assuring that the office are organized. Handles all human resources issues. Manages the firm's budget and vendor relations. Reporting to the Executive Manager. Generates reports in relation to administrative and budgetary issues. Taking minutes of meeting, arranging travel and appointments. Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data. Handle customer inquiries and complaints especially in other countries.
